I started my career at Meta Digital barely knowing how to code a site, over the past 9 years the team has helped me learn, grow and given me opportunities to expand my role into one of the senior developers. I've gone from being taught to build websites to passing on my knowledge to others, Norm and team Meta Digital have been nothing but supportive of my vision for my career and I look forward to many more awesome years

You hear a lot of horror stories about mean creative directors and being overworked - Meta Digital is the absolute opposite. I’ve never had to work overtime, I have a creative director who taught me more in my first year of work than 5 years of studying did. There are so many reasons why I love working at Meta Digital. The work here is varied, stimulating and rewarding. We have an incredibly talented and diverse team who work in tandem to support and lift one another. The office is central, bright, spacious and full of plants. Meta Digital offered me a role in support when I finished my retraining course and I had a good vibe of the place from the first time I stepped into the office. The team is so supportive and for a newbie to the industry, it’s so important to have an understanding team and management. With two young kids, flexibility is also important to me and I get that at Meta Digital as they give me the option to bring in my kids during school holidays or work from home if they’re not too well.
