Sadly for our industry the average Net Promoter Score®, or NPS® is -12 (New Zealand NPS® Benchmarking October 2016). We ask our clients to review us and honestly let us know whether or not they would recommend us. Our current Net Promoter Score is 84.2, but we know it can be better.
