This meeting is a great opportunity for our designers to get a firm understanding of your project goals. With a heavy focus on the needs of your user, we then start to throw around some ideas on the site structure itself – the flow of the site – and how we can create a digital solution that keeps pace with the growth and development of your business.

Creating a solid but flexible site structure.

Our team of designers will produce a sitemap that outlines the structure of your website, encapsulating the information we gathered from you during the discovery phase. It is crucial to us that this structure is both solid and flexible; there’s an analogy that we use that explains this well – your website is like a house and the different pages within the website are the rooms within that house. The rooms themselves don’t change overtime, but your furnishings (your content) will change.

Once everyone’s happy with the structure and flow, we move into the visual design — the UI. This is where your brand comes to life: layout, colour, typography, imagery and the small interactions that make a site feel polished. We design clean, on-brand interfaces that delight your users, then refine them with you until they’re just right.
